The ICMCCC was formed in 2009 to handle the ever increasing caseload of unsolved cases and investigations involving missing children and special cases.  Our goals are to further investigations and help families find their missing loved ones or bring about successful conclusions to unsolved crimes.

Our "Boots On Ground" Philosophy

Cold Cases are very difficult to solve. We believe that the best way to recover evidence, obtain new witness statements and find missing clues is to utilize teams of investigators to do in person case investigation. This, combined with media assistance, liasons with law enforcement agencies,involvement with private investigators, K-9 recovery units, volunteer search teams and other non-profit missing children support organizations, can bring about positive results and help bring resolve in these situations.

ICMCCC MISSION STATEMENT:

"The ICMCCC's mission is to investigate the forgotten ones, keeping hope alive when leads have faded. Through hands on application, our investigators assist families of cold cases, using local resources and working with families to help bring about a resolution".

FUNDING & COSTS OF SERVICES:

The ICMCCC is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) charitable organization and is also recognized by the State of New Hampshire Attorney General as a charitable organization. We rely on grants, public and private donations and philanthropic outreach to fund our services.  We offer our services to the public and we assist law enforcement at no cost.  Our goal is to give families and entities who cannot afford the services of expensive private investigators a viable option for having their cases looked at and worked on.
